What is a "ready-made" company? Circumstances sometimes dictate that a company is required urgently, and no time can be allowed for the incorporation process to be completed, for instance if a company registration number is needed immediately in order to complete an important contract. This is when the purchase of a ready made company will be beneficial. Ready made or tailor made? The requirement for ready made companies has been much reduced through the advances of information technology. Electronic Incorporation enables us to form tailor made companies to order within 24 hours, so we recommend that you consider this before ordering a ready-made company. Available immediately This decision is entirely yours, and we always keep a small stock of "ready-made" names available for immediate purchase. All our ready-made companies are available immediately and can be reserved for 48 hours prior to receipt of payment. Certificates can be posted or faxed immediately on receipt of payment and original documents despatched accordingly. Our standard cost for ready-made companies is £125.00 plus VAT, and is fully inclusive of all documentation detailed in the company package contents page. Note: Ready-made companies can only be supplied as hard copy packs. They are not available in the CD format. The following ready made companies are currently

They have an authorised capital of 1000 Ordinary Shares of £1.00, which can be increased if required at no extra charge. Changes of name can be effected within 5 working days at an additional fee only £10.00 inc VAT . This is the fee levied by Companies House. We make no administration charge for this. You will be given the option to change your company name when you order.
